I have come to appreciate the darkness, like that of the earth beneath our feet where there is a rich universe of connectivity, abundance, and collaboration. Likewise, this darkness is an invitation to dig beneath the surface, to go within and cultivate practices of self-care, nurture our self-love to preserve and sustain our light. And in the depths of darkness one can find great strength and healing.
